I am a 63 year old wanting to buy a new motor scooter.?
I am not new to motorcycles but have not driven one in two decades and have never driven a scooter.I hope to retire soon and do at least a bit of traveling the back roads with perhaps an occasional highway.I am considering a Suzuki Burgman 400 or a Yamaha Majesty 400. Any others I should consider? Any opinions?
To Antonio: if a carload of hot babes takes time to look at this 63 year old, I want a small scooter that will fit in their trunk. I like convertibles a lot and would hate to miss a chance for a ride in one. A Harley or a BMW … well … tough choice … but at my age … bikes are replaceable.
Yes!
Any scooter from 250 to 500cc will fit the bill for you. Check Kymco Xciting 500, that bike is a lot of punch for the buck. Piaggio make a fine 250 and 500cc scooter, but they are expensive.
The Burgman is much better at 650, so check that out.
Yamaha Morphous, that is a 250 Batman would be proud to ride.
