Moped/Motor Scooter Help; Purchasing.?
I am looking for the most fuel efficient, Highway legal Scooter with a large cargo capacity, but also a sleek design, such as this one:

I don’t want a scooter that’s shaped like those Suzuki or Yamaha Scooters That basically look like motorcycles.
I live in southern California and on a monthly basis, i have to travel through the Mojave desert, through Las Vegas, to Southern Utah; A straight drive up the I-15.
I enjoy the 30+MPG i get in my 4CYL Toyota Tacoma, And since i’m cheap as hell, i want something more fuel efficient. I care about the Earth, but i would not get a bicycle. I don’t care about the earth THAT much. Haha..
I heard 150cc can handle highway speeds, but i have heard that a 200cc+ would be better. So Basically, something over 65MPH
Also, I’d like to find a new one under $3,000
Which one should i get?
