Can u adjust the govener on a mini 49cc pocket bike to slow it down?
I want to make it go slower to my son gets used to it.
And what is a good price for a 49cc pocket bike?

Yes there should be a stop screw on the carb. at the butterfly linkage or bellcrank. One screw is for low idle and the other is for W.O.T.(wide open throttle). You can also give the throttle cable a little slack to prevent it from pulling the throttle so far.
