What Type Of Business For Mini Bike Assembly?

I have a mini bike that needs assembled.There are a few things such as the chain & throttle cable that I don’t know how to assemble.My question is,what type of business(if any) could I contact for help with assembly?

Small engine repair shop – lawn mowers, generators, power garden tools.
A bicycle repair shop should have a mechanic that could do that for you.
