Where is the restrictor plate and carburetor?
I have a go-kart and I got some tips on how to start it (because it wont start) and it has an engine like a push mower, you know with the rope you pull to start it.
After you replace the spark plug with a new one, verify the presence of good spark with the spark tester below. Spray quick start into the air cleaner to start the engine if necessary. Make sure you have fresh gasoline. Remove and clean or replace the air filter element.
