What type of metal should I use fo a dune buggy frame?
I doesn’t need to be light…. I want it to be strong. Also what type of welding should I use for it? It will be a two seater.
If you are designing your own Dune Buggy then look up cars in Dune Buggy magazines. Find a commercial buggy and study what they use. I suggest steel round tubing and steel welds for strength. Use several roll-over bars also. An engine in the back will be more efficient as a push type power source. Its traction will be in the back wheels for more control.
