ok me my brother and my friend are playing MTX vs atv untamed and i beat my bro and my friend they started being retartded and then at the end i said ok its ur trun again they said yes to take over you i said uhmm no i won they said that wasnt the deal i gave my brother =a shove and he went crazy and started hitting me iwas so close to punching him in the face but i feel bad me and him have been physically fighting alot latley please give me ways so i can stop it please.
First of all, I would like to commend you for wanting to change your behaivor. That is very admirable!!!!
You need to invest in an actual punching bag. When you get frustrated, then go punch on it. Also do some strenuous exercises to get out your anger toward him. You could do some arm lunges with a closed fist and pretend that you are striking out at him to get your aggressions out. It has worked for me in the past when I had such issues.
By the way—they sound very immature!!!
